CWP Engineering was commissioned by THOE Limited to provide marine consultancy services for St. Petersburg and Germany Islands at The Heart of Europe. THOE is based on destinations across Europe, spread over the islands of Germany, Monaco, Sweden, Switzerland, St. Petersburg and Main Europe. All six islands will be connected via bridges and will be accessible by boat, seaplane and helicopter. The Project will comprise of private luxury hotel villas, 5 Star hotels and floating sea horses.
